Reservation / Security Deposit of $500.00 (seperate from rental charge) is due at the time the reservation is made. All rental payments are via cash or check only. Final payment for base rental charges must be made either 14 days prior to pick up via check or at time of delivery via cash. Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled no later than 30 days prior to pick up date. If reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to pick up, deposit is subject to a $300 cancellation fee. After return, deposit will be refunded via check within 14 days, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it went out, less extra milage or damages. Pets allowed with payment of $200 cleaning fee so that the vehicle can be professionally cleaned after return. Damages caused by pets are additional. Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle. If smoke is detected, deposit is subject to $200 professional cleaning fee. Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of gasoline on return. All traffic / seatbelt laws must be obeyed.
